(e) If either party receives any complaint, notice or communication which relates to the processing of Personal Data by the other party or to either party’s compliance with the Applicable Data Protection Laws, or if any Personal Data processed in connection with these Conditions is subject to a personal data breach (as defined in the UK GDPR), it shall immediately notify the other party and provide the other party with reasonable co-operation and assistance in relation to any such complaint, notice, communication or personal data breach. 17. The proper law of all contracts with the Company shall be English Law which shall govern in all respects the construction and effect of such contracts and of these Conditions. The Customer agrees that in the event of any dispute arising out of the Contract or the performance thereof he will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Returns Policy • You must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept sale and return without prior agreement in writing, where a 25% or £25 handling fee (whichever is higher) will be issued for returns that are agreed upon. • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the costs for shipment, which will need to be returned to our returns depot – this could be located in the UK or EU. Any delivery charges incurred will not be refunded. • Please ensure the returns document with the returns number, accompanies the product when returned. Once you have packaged your items ready for shipping, clearly write the returns number on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so could cause delays to any refunds or resolving your query. • Any returned items need to be returned unused, with no signs of tampering and in the original packaging, which must not be damaged. • If the returned products are damaged, show signs of tampering or being used, or are damaged in transit in a way that you could have foreseen (such as not being sent back in the original packaging), we withhold the right to refuse any returns (or partial returns).
